I'm Joanne, a Filipino-American UX designer based in the SF Bay Area. I started out with a degree in Computer Science but found myself interested in what software looks and feels like instead.

Over the years, I've worked with various startups and in fast-paced environments, honing my speedy design skills while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

As a designer, I care about sharing my knowledge with peers. I've helped onboard teams with branching in Figma, established best practices using auto-layout, and showed others how to build more complex components with properties and variables. I’ve found that the best way to sharpen your craft is to teach what you know.
